Hi I have been trading with AMP/CQG for some years on the Sierra platform. I am now using IG to execute but still want to use Sierra with data as my charting platform. I see that I have been disconnected. Which is the easiest most convenient way to get reconnected. I am an old guy so be a bit patient

You should not be having any issues at this time, and you should not be getting any messages about being disconnected.

If you are still getting these messages then we would need to know the exact text of what you are seeing.

That is a CQG message. It means that your account has been turned off. You need to ask your broker as to why this has occurred. It has nothing to do with Sierra Chart.
