Hi support, I’ve been trading SIM mode today and despite a few trades being successful (i.e. price hitting profit targets) the trade is closed but the corresponding points don’t show on my account? The losses certainly do though! ;) Im using MIT orders for profit targets as Im scalping (average trade duration about 30s) so I really need v quick and precise exits when in profit. So: 1. Do you think the problem might be the MIT orders? I know there is an issue with them being held on the client side. Are they just not filling in volatile conditions? (but the trades DO close though at the target). 2. Im using Teton order routing, is there anyway to not have MIT orders held on the client side e.g. if the parent order is a limit order for instance? 3.Am I just going to have to use limit orders for profit targets if Im using Teton order routing? Is there any quick exit alternative? Just keen to resolve these niggles before I trade live. V much appreciated, ND |
