Hello, My account cannot connect to the data feed. I am using real time CQG data from AMP futures. I already renewed my sierracharts usage time two weeks ago and I did not change my service package. Thank you |

There are two changes that have occurred recently that are impacting you. 1) We changed our packages such that you need to be on Package 10 or higher in order to be able to make any external connections with Sierra Chart. This means that packages 3 and 5 are for testing/training with our Delayed Exchange Data Feed. We have set your account to evaluate package 12 for 30 days, which will give you the access you need for this. Therefore, there is nothing you need to do, in relation to this, at this moment. Just be sure you change your package before the 30 days is finished. 2) With version 2394, we are no longer allowing CQG data for the CME Group or EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 Therefore, you either need to change the software version you are running - or you need to get data from us for the CME Group and/or EUREX.
