Hi, I've signed up for denali data, then input my cqg pass word on sierra from live trading at tradovate and signed in (i couldnt download any charts because of no historical data) and resigned back in on SC data. I still have the 10minute delay, can you help? |

You need to complete the market data agreements, and also activate the exchanges you require. You can do this from here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
