Hi SC Support

I have recently moved from CQG desktop to SC within my brokerage account with Tickmill in the UK.

I have setup and paid for the service pack 10 and can connect to my CQG account using the web API.

The issue is that I have discovered that realtime data isn't available anymore as I am using SC version 2394 on windows 10.

How do I resolve this?

If it can't be resolved, then how do I arrange to be refunded?

Kind Regards

Hi SC

I have seen within SC that there is an option to install a previous version of the product -- would this be a viable workaround if they support realtime data connectivity with CQG API?

If so, which version for windows 10 should I install to replace ver 2394 64-bit?

It looks like it maybe the solution in the short term until Tickmill (my UK futures broker) work something out with you guys.

Best,

Thanks SC Support for confirming the workaround.

I will look into 2393.

Couple more minor questions:

1. Do you have any UK brokers that you work with? If so, is there a webpage somewhere of supported brokers?
2. Whats the differnce between SC exchange data and Denali?

Hopefully Tickmill (who I am very happy with) will come up with a new way to support SC that will also use Teton as well.

Hi SC Support

I have installed ver 2393 and I can confirm that real time futures data using CQG from my broker is now working.

Thanks for all your help.
