The payment page says there is no fee for topping up my account using Stripe. I have not been charged a fee in the past. Today when I click 'Pay with Stripe', on the next page it increases the amount I set by 0.50 and says 'including payment fee'. Why is this? |

It seems the policy has changed and payments under $20 are now subject to a 0.50 fee. It would be nice if this was communicated before the change, and documentation updated. The documentation also says auto payments will be taken around a week before service renewal. However, this is not correct either. I've just been informed by support that I've been charged for July's CME renewal on 1st June, and I was charged $20 instead of $11 to avoid the new 0.50 fee. This is an unexpected charge, 3 weeks early, with no prior warning. |

We apologize that this change occurred without the proper information being updated. We are currently reviewing this and will decide if we are going to change it or not. Whatever we do, we will get the Payments page updated to reflect the current status as soon as we can.
