I signed into my Live CQG account which gives real time. But then I switched back to Denali Feed "SC Data - All Services" and it's 10 min delayed. All my settings are saved here. How can I fix this to have real-time data on my SC Data - All Services?

In order to have real-time data when you are connected to SC Data - All Services you would need to be setup for real-time data from us (Sierra Chart). WE see that you are setup with the CME top-of-book exchange. So you should be getting real-time data for symbols that are traded on the CME Exchange. But you have us a bit confused when you state that "All my settings are saved here." The selection of a service has no meaning with regards to saved settings or chartbooks. All of that information is stored with the local system and is just there. Additionally, is there some reason you do not want to stay connected to your CQG account? Now that you have setup data from our Denali data feed, that data is available whether you are connected to CQG or SC Data - All Services. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Nevermind. I activated CME Top of Book and it gave me real time.

Hi John, Yes I don't mind staying connected to my CQG account. I think I was confused when I first started.. I'll look into just using that instead of my Denali when it expires. Thanks!
