I deactivated my Level 2 data today as I do not need to see MBO or level 2 moving forward. I know the exchanges charge 1st of month. I just want the Full CME data for $3.50 a month top of market. Can I activate now that package or should I wait until after midnight for it to fall on the 1st.

You can activate the exchange now. You did not want to do it yesterday, otherwise you would have been charged twice.
