Hi, On my account it says that i need to make payment of $123 when i only pay $33 for the service, Please could you advise. Thanks |

The total of $123 came from the following: - Sierra Chart Package 11 for 1 month: $46.00 - Denali Exchange Data Feed - Full CME Group with Market Depth exchange: $33.00 - Denali Exchange Data Feed - CBOT for Professionals exchange: $44.00 You did not have enough funds in your account today to renew both of the exchanges that you had active, therefore only the Full CME Group with Market Depth renewed. This is a good thing, as you did not need the CBOT for Professionals exchange, since that data was included with the other exchange. Your next fee will the renewal for Package 11 on June 6, 2022. Make sure you have at least $46.00 in your Services Surplus with us before the 6th in order to automatically renew your package. Note that the package renewal and the exchange renewals are not at the same time. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the first day of each month they renew. Your Package Usage Time is a 31 day cycle that renews based on the date when you package started.
