my own pending or open orders on DOM

When I place an order on my chart under 1 of my accounts it shows on my DOM. But now I have another account when I click on that account to trade on trade chart, my orders do not show up on my DOM – do you know how I can fix this? I want to see my orders on my DOM for my new account I have just added to Sierra.

First, make sure you have that account selected on both the chart and the Trading DOM. Refer to the following for how to select an account: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Note that they will not necessarily be the same unless you link the Trade Windows. The other thing to check is that the option for Trade >> Only Orders From Chart is not enabled.
