from Trading technologies web forum: Again, there are many factors that may be contributing to the behavior that you are seeing that without proper investigation I cannot help you solve. We have contacted Sierra Charts to investigate how their application is working with TT software. I would again advise you to contact Sierra Charts as well as AMP so that they can work with our support team to address the behavior that your are seeing. We would then be able to create an incident number to track this issue as well as gather all of the necessary logs to begin an investigation on your behalf. Also, once we have received a response from Sierra Charts, I will update this thread. Is it true that they have contacted you? https://forums.tradingtechnologies.com/showthread.php?2684-BIG-ISSUE!-TT-NET-show-incorrect-bid-ask-volume&p=8362#post8362 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-05-01 07:57:08

Yes they have contacted us about this. It also must be understood, that bid trade volume and ask trade volume is not provided by data feeds. It has to be calculated. The way the data feed works, can affect that calculation. It is just the nature of the TT FIX feed where it becomes somewhat unreliable to determine bid trade volume and ask trade volume. Nothing new. We do not expect anything would change in regards to this. This is just how the TT FIX protocol implementation works.
