Hello I am using AMP (CQG) as my Broker (DataFeed) currently w/ Service Package 3. I am considering wanting to move to Package 5, in order to get TPO information. AMP is telling me that I need to move to Service Package 10 soon when my credit runs out or nothing will work. I see package 10 doesn't provide TPO information and I have no need for Package 11. Can someone guide me here? I've inquired into other brokers (Stage5/EdgeClear) but they only show Packages 10,11,12 on their sites. Thanks |

Hi Trader, You can use Sierra Chart Package 5 at Stage 5 Trading. The only issue is that you won't be able to access Teton Order Routing with Package 5. You will need Sierra Chart Package 10 or greater and to access TPO this would be either Sierra Chart Package 11 or 12. At this time, we have changed our packages such that Packages 3 and 5 are only meant to work with our Delayed Streaming Data for learning/testing purposes. If you need any real-time data or an external connection for data or trading, then you need to be on Package 10 or higher. Refer to the following information: Service Package Changes | Discontinued External Services | Reducing Overall Costs In addition, starting with version 2394, you will not be able to use CQG data for the CME Group or EUREX with Sierra Chart. You will need to use the Denali Exchange Data feed for this data. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 You have been put on an evaluation of Package 12 until June 26, 2022. Therefore, you now can use the TPO profiles and connect to your CQG account. Just be aware that before June 26 you will want to change your package to Package 11 in order to get the TPO profiles and you will probably want to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
