Hello support. 11 packages are connected to the account. Denali Data Feed activated. In the terminal, I see delayed (for 11 minutes) data. Tell me please: 1. If Denali Data Feed is activated, what should I do to receive data from CME in real time? 2. What is the connection sequence for Denali & Teton ? |

You do not have any exchanges activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are wanting data for the CME Group, then be aware that in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have a live, funded, trading account, then we recommend the service outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement If you are setup with a broker to use the Teton Order Routing, then you need to finish the setup for the Teton Order Routing Service by going through the Setup Instructions here: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions Once you have worked out the above, then you can activate the exchanges you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
