Hi support

I have gone through the Denali set up instructions and I have not been able to get an (M) signal for any of the products I want data for to supplement my current data feed.

What I am wanting to achieve - Currently have CQG data for OSX Nikkei and HKE Hang Seng data - I am wanting first and foremost EUREX data for Fixed income products and Eu equities.

I cant seem to find a Denali section for EUREX or any other exchange for that matter (only CME futures options) within the symbols list

The next steps say to contact support - can you please set up from your end?

Kind regards

Brad

Please go through the Setup Instructions at the following link to get the EUREX data:

OK - All done

What is needed to be done now to find and use the Denali feed for EUREX?

You still need to activate the exchange for the EUREX data. You can do this at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX#Exchanges

Once you have activated that exchange then the data will be coming from the Denali data feed rather than CQG for EUREX data. As you noted previously, look for the [M] after the symbol in the Chart Header to verify that you are getting the data from us.
