You are referring to the Package 12 evaluation. We have turned that off for your account. Although it is just an evaluation for 30 days and you would not have been charged for the package, it would have just ended and you would continue with the package you had already selected. We also refunded the 1 full month of extra Usage Time that you had available. You now have Usage Time ending on June 3, 2022. After that, your account will expire.
