I changed from 3 to 10 but now my DOM doesn't show any data coming through. I am using the CQG symbols but nothing is loading.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

You need to activate the exchange that you require here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

And then cancel the market data exchange fee you pay through your broker since you do not need that any longer.

Newer versions of Sierra Chart require the Denali Data Feed for CME and EUREX data when using CQG.
