You should have come across this several months ago, when we required that all Rithmic connections needed to be on Package 10 or higher. Refer to the following: Service Package Changes \| Discontinued External Services \| Reducing Overall Costs Regardless though, we have set your account to tryout package 12 for the next 30 days. Therefore you will be able to get your data and connect to Rithmic without having to change anything at this time. Just remember to change your package before the 30 days are up.
