Dear Support - The tape (time and sales) is not respecting filter rules; please fix or explain. In the attached sample from today's RTH, you can see at least two problems: 1) Random orders with volume quantity 1 show on the tape, despite volume filtering of v>=5 and consolidated filtering of v>=40 2) Some of the volume quantity 1 orders are highlighted, despite the v>=80 highlighting rule. Please assist with resolving this issue - thank you in advance. |

Dear Support - Attached please find the stripped chartbook, and a snip of the T&S settings. As you can see, the filtering is quasi-working... some vol=1 trades are showing randomly (where none should), making this more baffling. It works, randomly. Thanks again. Dear Support - Having volume filter rules ignored makes it very difficult to trade using the tape... Is there a way of knowing if someone is looking into this problem? I apologize for the redundancy... since there is no "ticket #" or update system, I can't really tell if an issue is being actively pursued once the requisite information is provided to you. Thank you. |
