about future symbol

hello i just went to CBOT realtime and add symbol 10 year treasy with znm22 it shows nothing and when i went to the depth of market it say " symbols setting not found for current service " i took package 5 so it should include this with delay data . so please help me out with this what i am doing wrong thank you https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=64852 |

Our servers are showing that your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. If this is correct, then the symbols you are using are incorrect. For instance, the ZN should be ZNM22-CBOT. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to what is required for the currently selected service. Also, it is best to open a new chart using File >> Find Symbol, that way you will get the correct symbol for your setup.
