I buy the 5-evaluate Highest availble service package like several years ago. 1:Global settings > Data/Trade Service Settings > Current Selected Service (list) which Services should selected ? 2:when i click help to download the current version, the log remind that can not HTTP can not find. so in loading window, do i need feed the HTTP address ? |

Packages 3 and 5 are just for using Sierra Chart with Delayed Streaming Data for learning/teaching/other purposes. If you need real-time data or a connection to a trading account, then you need to be on Package 10 or higher. Refer to the differences in the packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages 1. The choice of what to select here is dependent on what trading or data service you are using. If you let us know what trading/data service you are using then we can give you the proper setup instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to that service. 2. It sounds like you are having a problem connecting to our server in order to get the current version. Therefore, we recommend using the Zip Installer instead. 1 Yes, I need real-time data and connecting to my trading account, so please convert into the Package 10, and the coast is as same as package 10. i always select the CME Nonprofessional data, and the broker is Dorman trading, Causeing the data fee is 30USD / monthly. |

We see that your account is on Package 10 and you are setup to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the Full CME Group with Market Depth. Therefore, you should be all set. As i reading the sc important notice ,i know that the engineering is busying on SC development , but i am as a customer,only requirement is quickly to connecting my trading account.so i want to get help how to connecting my CME trading like before. 1 According the indicate i finished the document sign and seting by step buy step. the result is disconnect my trading account. so can give me a detail instruction like :1:Global setting Current selected service which do i selected 2:Common setting what do i need to do 3:Sierra Chart Sever Settings how do i set for anyway i just want to get the normal useing as like before. before version is not my setting, as my friend is gone, i am a new operation as i used SC more than 5 years. You will still stay connected to your Trading account . From what we can tell this is through the CQG system.
