This is not reproducible for us and we think this is a Windows operating system issue.

This is the first time anyone has brought this kind of issue to us. This must be an operating system level issue. It is simply not reproducible by us.

I managed to reproduce even on Windows 7 64 while the previous Win is 2016 server

Can you try CTRL + TAB instead of main menu switch? there seems to be a difference... when clicked menu it seems working well while CTRL +TAB messes it

it switches between charts within a chartbook when maximized ... see the clip attached to see the issue happening only when CTRL + TAB is hit
