How do I setup an active broker account within sierra charts to use my apex funded account

I have the Denali data exchange feed and also put every piece of my apex info into sierra charts data/trade service center. Every time I press apply and try to connect to the data feed it says permission denied. I looked it up and the only thing I think I'm missing is an active broker account. How do I fix this?

The first thing is to check and see if your Account Name or Password are more than 31 characters. If either of them are, then you will need to get a new one. If that is not the issue, then we need to know exactly what the message you are receiving is stating and where you are getting it. A screenshot of the error would be helpful as well.
