Real Time vs Delayed data

When I signed up for Denali I assumed that my data feed would be Real Time. My charts and data feed are 10 + minutes delayed. What do I need to do to receive Live data. |

Everything about your setup looks good. Therefore, we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. Dave: I retraced the steps required to connect with Interactive Brokers. I have not traded real time since joining IB and I wanted to check if any required setting was unchecked. I found that the Enable ActiveX and Socket Clients was unchecked - and that the Read Only API was checked. This solved the problem - I checked the proper boxes and the problem was resolved. A few minutes later the Charts and the Dome were on Real Time. I followed the instructions when signing up but a lapse in time or lack of funded account or an error could have caused the problem.
