Open your Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Let us know if you continue to have an issue after that.

Hello John,
Thank you that worked.

I have a different issue which might require remote assistance. Most of my charts numbers appear too little to read and increasing the font size did not fix the issue. It's like having charts being zoomed out.

Can you give us a screenshot of what you are seeing so we know which font, or item, needs to be changed. Follow the instructions at the following link to post a screenshot:
