Thank you for your very prompt and generous resolution to my data feed problem. Going forward, what I need is real time data - without market depth - for ES futures (including the full CME group?) and your Teton order routing. As I understand your fee schedule: the Teton costs $1.50, the Denali real time/historical data cost $3.50 monthly. What then will be my total monthly cost for your service package 10, which, as I understand your fee schedule, includes the Denali data feed, as well as your fee for the usage of your Sierra Charts, but not the CME fees, which are billed separately. Thank you. |

We do not know where you are seeing the cost of the Teton Order Routing Service. There are no fees for this service. The Sierra Chart fees you would have would be the following: - Service Package - Package 10: $36.00 per month (discountable by purchasing 3 or 6 months up-front) - Exchange Fees - Full CME Group without Market Depth: $3.50 per month For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I just paid $4.75 for Denali + top of book. I presume this will cover the cost of my data feed through May 31. Are you going to send me a notice to pay the June fee?

You may not receive a notice about the payment due on June 1, 2022 for the exchange fees since you have enough funds in your account to cover the cost. Just keep in mind that the exchange fees renew on the first day of each month which is different from your Sierra Chart Usage Time, which uses a 31 day period and renews based on when you first started the current activation.
