SC's won't work...

Hi, I've recently purchased a new PC with Win 11 and have loaded SC's to this and want to use this PC for order execution. I only have very short term ES and MES charts up, one for each. Everything pulls up fine but after the initial download of historical data it doesn't do anything. Right now both charts are stuck at 3903.0. I've had this set up for both SIM and live trading with the same result. I have SC extensive charting on an older machine, the Jigsaw order flow software on the newest machine along with the SC second download on the newest as mentioned above. The order execution would be through SC/Teton. I'm wondering if this has something to do with the CME and exchange fees. I'm paying for one CME exchange fee for SC's and one for JS. Anyway yesterday, the second SC download on the new machine worked well but I didn't use it as I'm in the middle of getting everything set up. I have no idea what to do here. Can you help? |

Most likely the situation is that you have both computers connected to the data feed at the same time. This is not allowed by the exchanges unless you pay for the exchange fee twice. Refer to the following information: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously You will need to exit from Sierra Chart on the older computer in order to allow the data to flow to the new computer.
