Trades showing up on Trade Activity but don't go through to AMP Futures

Hello SC Team, I am using v2393, connecting thru CQG Web API to AMP Futures. I am not on Sim mode, I am on live mode. I took 3 trades this morning. I use the Profit & Loss study to track my earnings. It shows my profitable trades on the study. However, checking the CQG Terminal, it shows that AMP did not receive these trades. Any help resolving this quickly would be much appreciated! All Trades were in NQ using the micros as "Trade Only" symbol. This was all working well as of 2 weeks ago without any other changes. Thanks ! It looks like the orders are being rejected due to insufficient margin. However, this should not be. I have the charts set to use the micros as Trade Only, While I am using the minis as the candlesticks. Somehow, the orders seem to be going through requesting the full mini's, as opposed to the micros. I have "Use as Trade Only Symbol" set to Yes. The Symbol (Action) is F.US.ENQM22 Trade and Current Quote Symbol (Action) as F.US.MNQM22 |

Also, the account has $800 in it, margin requirement of $50 per micro-NQ. I was attempting to place orders for 5-10 micros, which would not exceed the margin. Any help resolving this would be much appreciated! Mike T |

If you are getting margin rejections then you need to ask your broker about this. It is not something we have control over, or have any explanation as to why it is occurring. From what you describe, we do not see anything wrong with your setup.

I am chatting with them right now. Is it possible that the version I'm using (v2393) has an issue where it is ignoring the Trade Only setting and the full micros are being sent as an order? |

Doubtful, but they should be able to tell you what symbol you were sending for the trade.

I clarified with the broker. It was my mistake. The margins are $100/MNQ contract for AMP. My other broker, which I'm using Teton for, is $50/MNQ contract. All orders were rejected, unfortunately. Lesson learned the hard way! Thank you for helping, however. Mike T |
