problem with spreads

I switched to Denali data feed this month and using CQG for trades. I can get quotes and charts using Denali calendar spreads but get error when I try to put on a trade. I have tried several different ways but have not succeeded. An example would be June cattle to Aug cattle. CQG cymbal would be (F.US.GLEM22 - F.US.GLEQ22). Thanks
