I am having an issue with getting MICRO btc data. I asked edgeclear to enable my being able to trade it and all is in place with their system. There appears to be a data issue with you/cme but as you can see from the enclosed photo when I call up a chart the data is delayed by an hour. Also when I call up a dom you will see the notice given. Please advise Edgeclear and I get my account able to receive data and trade micro btc futures on cme. thank you |

The reason you are getting the delayed data for the Micro Bitcoin (MBT) is because the exchange that you have activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed does not include that symbol. You have activated the CME E-Mini for Professionals and Users without a Trading Account. In order to get the MBT data you would need to activate the CME, For professionals and users without a trading account exchange. Looks like we can include the Micro Bitcoin contract with the CME e-mini exchange fee. This will require a software update which we can do probably as soon as this evening.

Hi Guys, It's getting a bit better, in that I could enter an order(but don't think it was really in there) as there is no volume in bids or offers. I have disconnected and reconnected data, and I have logged off and back on. What do you advise please? See attached screenshot |

Hi, just to make clear as I see above 'sc data all services' I have that on my second computer(which I pay the 2nd exchange fees for) but the computer that Edgeclear allows me to trade has Teton data feed. It is from this computer 'Teton' that I have been sending you screen shots and can't get the micro btc charts or dom on. I have two feeds as the chartbook Fleri from OFL tool uses to chart btc is based on the perp contract. Sorry if this is not info you need, but just trying to help you. |
