Hi, I recently connected Rithmic DTC but am not receiving any live data on my charts, and am seeing the message "historical download skipped." What can I do on my end to mediate this issue? I have looked through similar threads but doing the delete all data and download is not fixing it for me. I was under the impression that if I left the historical data section of the rithmic login empty that it would pull from my Denali Subscription. (am attempting to see data for MES and ES currently) - CG |

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees Keep in mind that Prop Trading firms do not count towards the CME Group requirement for a live, funded, futures trading account. If you do not have another account, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
