Those two buy orders with a quantity of 0, near the current price, are not going to fill because they are not open orders. They are pending child orders, Attached Orders.

So can you tell me what i'm doing wrong i followed your tutorial and also i watch videos. I though i have covered every aspect of the oco order. My order was a limit order TIF at the end of the day with one limit target and one stop that uses price offset. I also activate the attached orders on the main panel. in the target panel the order has the oco group the PO and qty 1 so i then placed the order

So what is the problem you are having with that particular order? We need to know the specific issue with that particular order. Also, instead of using a Price Offset, set the Offset Type to Ticks and use 20 ticks for both the target and the stop. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
