Why does the same instrument show different Volume Profile levels?

I have the exact same daily session VP study applied on the current ES contract. And yet the 5min and the 3000 tick chart show different POC's and VAH and VAL for the session. Why is that?

These are not the exact same Volume by Price profiles. You can see that they are different.
