Second computer with Delayed Data not connecting

Hi, I have a live account (PC) and wanted to have a second (Mac with Codeweavers Crossover) with SC All Services package, however, I am not able to connect. When I launch SC, it connects and loads the demo chart (with historical data), however, when I load a copy of the chartbook I use with my live account, change the symbols and attempt to use SC data, it disconnects. I assume it's because of the below but, I have requested 2 connections on the SC platform, please let me know if I am missing something as my account shows 2 out of 3 systems being used.
