Unable to view VIX chart or data on Denali/Teton + Denali Exchange Data Feed CFE (VIX)

I'm trying to open an intraday or historical chart for VIX but I'm unable to view any data at all. I keep getting an error saying I'm not authorised to query the selected symbol |

$VIX is an index and is different from the VIX futures symbol. You have signed up to get data for the VIX futures from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you want the data for the $VIX index, then you would need to use our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CBOE Indices.
