Good afternoon! Can you tell me how to make a cross - zero chart with equal cells (as in the notebook in a box as an example)? And this question if it is possible to create a grid for this chart so that each cross or zero was placed in its cell - as if it were a notebook in a tangle))

It sounds like you want a Point and Figure chart.
