Do you get any error messages? Check your Trade Service Log and see if there is any information in there when you try to make a trade on the Trading DOM. If you need our help interpreting the information then let us know what is stated in the log, or copy and paste the entire information into this thread for us to review. We need to know what error message you are receiving. After a failed trade, open Trade >> Trade Service Log and see if there is any information in there related to the trade and the failure. Copy and paste that information to this thread for us to look at.
