this is my second attempt. i am not getting data at all. my account is linked through cqg routing and i want to use the denali feed, but the charts are doing nothing. id like to use the software to trade sometime this year. can someone tell me how this is done?

Are you getting any data in the chart to begin with and then it is not updating? Or do you not having anything at all? What is the symbol for one of the charts that you are trying to view?
