Hi, very new to all this. During the trial period on the DOM tables i could see activity on the Bought/ Sold columns. I activated a subscription after the trial (26 USD) and i can no longer see activity on the sold/ bought columns using historical data. The text in the message window is as follows: Triggering next historical data download in queue. | 2022-05-15 21:43:57.591 No download requests in the queue to start downloads for. | 2022-05-15 21:43:57.591 Socket (1) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2022-05-15 21:43:57.697 Socket (1) | Closed. | 2022-05-15 21:43:57.698 It looks like the download request is unsuccessful Can you advise pls Regards Tom |
