Good morning, I would like to activate real time for the NASDAQ index (5.25 USD/month) but I can't. The answer is: Failed to activate the 'NASDAQ Indices' exchange. To enable the exchange at least one Real-time Data Connection must be currently active and enabled for Auto-Renewal. I would use this on a second copy of Sierra Chart with SC Data - All Services enabled In the first copy of Sierra Chart I use CQG WabAPI with AMP ... Can it be solved? Thanks |

To activate the NASDAQ Indices exchange you first have to activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Connection which costs $25.00 per month. Make sure you go through each of the steps for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

My Service Package 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed (For 6 Months) is active. May be I have to activate "Real-Time Data Connections" before I can activate "NASDAQ Indices Exchanges" apart from "Denali Data Feed"? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-05-12 14:22:27

Yes, the NASDAQ Indices is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, which is a separate data feed from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you follow the instructions at the following link it will walk you through the setup: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
