I have been using danalie data service, AMP is requiring me to use CQG, when I made chage in Sierra Chart, my charts are not active. I would like to request remote access help or phone call, I understand and will to pay the additional charge for telephone support |

What change did you make to your charts? Also, can you explain further about what is not active in your chart? Also, when you say that AMP is requiring you to use CQG are you referring to the Order Routing or the Data or both? You would have to use CQG for order routing, but since you are getting your data from our Denali feed, you would not need the CQG data, and you should have AMP turn off the CQG data if it is not already the case.
