Hi, I,m having problems with data in almost every forex pair and i have already read your files of support and still the data is missing i don't understand what i'm doing wrong for exemple my chart settings of an historical data from EURUSD says it goes back until 1993 but i just have data on the chart starting at 2010 also if i chose AUDUSD or AUDCAD or AUDJPY and others pairs and select and choose a Load Data limiting method date range for starting from 2016 until 2019 for example and then try to open intraday charts inside that time horizon nothing appears on the chart.

Increase this setting sufficiently high enough:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload And after that re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. You will have to wait for the data to download which can take some time.
