Hi. I am using Sierra Chart at AMP Futures. I contacted them about switching from CQG to Teton for order routing and they said they are not offering Teton at this time. They said they are in constant communication with Sierra Chart regarding this. Do you have a time frame for when Teton Order routing will be available at AMP Futures? Thank you.

If your broker is AMP, then that is fine. You continue to use CQG through them as previously. Everything is the same as always. From eastern Europe I have a great connection to the Denali Data feed and to Teton Order Routing through Stage5 Broker + Advantage Futures FCM. Everything runs perfectly, no lag, no crashes, fast (<1s) and accurate data. Thanks guys.

How many users are currently using Sierra Chart Teton Order service? Wow, AMP has been telling me the same thing ever since the Sierra Chart Teton order routing service became available! I have been asking AMP the same basic question as was stated in the original post #1 of this thread, ever since Sierra Chart first offered Teton order routing service, and AMP always told me the same thing. The fact that they are flat out lying to us makes me want to stop doing anything with AMP.... No, this is not true and why would they be in constant communication with us. It would be a waste of time for each side:

Interesting, thanks for sharing. They always told me they would contact me if/when they are ready to support the Teton order routing service. I haven't contacted them or heard anything from them regarding Teton recently, so I just sent them an email to ask about it. |

Here's what AMP told me in response to my email: "Hello, yes we are supporting Teton and we have some accounts already trading in Beta Teton order routing. Please confirm your account number so we can set you up on Teton. " |

I had already started a new account with Ironbeam by the time I heard back from AMP. Setting things up with Ironbeam was very easy, they have been great to work with. I'm using the Teton direct order routing service linked with my new Ironbeam account and it's working great. Setup was simple. I probably won't use my AMP account anymore. |
