Chart wont plot data beyond 6 months

Hello, My TPO chart does not show data before November 2021. Also the candles stick chart when scrolled all the way to the left do not plot correctly (picture attached). My chart settings has the day to load setting as 250 days. How do I resolve this. Thank you, |
