I'm unable to move the time and sales window to different parts of my screen. the only way to "move" it is to keep resizing it to eventually fit which is a hassle to do. when attaching the window, the "always on top" functionality stays on even when disabled so when switching to a different chartbook, it overlays the window. When detaching the window, it does not stay on top and clicking onto the window that opened the t&s window, sends the t&s window to the background. I have enabled the title bar, scrollbar, and menu and the T&S window doesn't give me an option to close it out. |

Did you disable the title bar on the Time and Sales window? If you did that, enable it through the Settings >> Settings Window. Disabling it will only create issues. when attaching the window, the "always on top" functionality stays on even when disabled so when switching to a different chartbook, it overlays the window. Always on Top has no relevancy, for an attached Time and Sales window and will always be an owned window of the main Sierra Chart window:Time and Sales Window: Time and Sales Window Always on Top However, when changing to a different Chartbook, the time and sales windows for the previously visible Chartbook will be hidden. I have enabled the title bar, scrollbar, and menu and the T&S window doesn't give me an option to close it out.
How can that be? Makes no sense at all. Provide a screenshot. Please see screenshots below. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide. The T&S window here is opened on the last chartbook "Execution 1T 2000 Trades". Studies have been cleared. Chart has Show Title Bar, Scrollbar, Menu Bar all enabled. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1651841243370.png The second image is viewing the "Test Chart 2000 Trades". The time and sales window from the prior chart is overlayed, does not have a way to move it, and is "always on top" https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1651841444269.png Another example and switching to a different chartbook with minor studies/drawings. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1651841673364.png This last image is with clicking the Attach/Detach Window from the T&S window. Once clicking into the "Execution 1T 2000 Trades" chart, the T&S window is in a separate window that windows catalogs into the taskbar grouping. Actually, make sure this option is not enabled: General Settings Window: Auto Hide Charts Title Bar And Scrollbar (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI) And please do not use it again. If you still have an issue with this, we do not know what the problem is and it must be an operating system level issue that we cannot help with.
