Hello, I cannot connect CQG data to Sierra. It shows invalid password or username. My login details are correct. What else can I do? Can I ask for a remote support? I have temaviewer. Thank you in advance, Arek |

Do I have a delay in the data feed? I bought it data from CQG/COMEX. On MT for gold is going up and on Sierra is going down. What is the reason? |

Sorry, regarding my prevous post, I bought data from AMP. I bought CQG/Comex. Gold price goes up on my MT4 platform wherease in SC goes down? Do I have a delay on data feed?

If you cannot connect to CQG, and have follow the instructions in post #4 to connect to SC Data-All Services until you can solve the CQG connection problem, then in your case to data will be delayed by 10 minutes.
