I just paid 46 USD for Package 11(Advanced + Denali Data Feed).In a meantime I opened live funded futures trading account with AMP Futures.At the moment I'm having some difficulties with setup.When I go to Main Control Panel it says "The Denali Data Feed is active", CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchange Agreements already signed(green tick symbol on the left).Next step is "[Todo] Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX]".Which option(the cheapest one of course) should I choose if I need data for E-Mini S&P 500 with DOM ?Is it "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" for 11 USD/month?Is it additional 11 USD/month on top of 46 USD/month for Denali Data Feed?(46USD for Denali +11 USD for CME = 57 USD/month all together)?Or I got it wrong and "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" for 11 USD/month is included in my package already?

You need to activate the exchange(s) you want. The cost for the exchanges is above and beyond the cost for the service package. If you just need data for the E-Mini S&P 500 with the Market Depth, then you would want to activate the CME with Market Depth for Nonprofessinal Trading Accounts for $11.00 USD per month. Keep in mind the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so you will need to ensure you have enough funds in your account before June 1 to pay for the exchange fees. The Service Package renews on a 31 day cycle based on when you first activate the package so their is not a specific date each month for when the renewal comes due - but you will receive an email letting you know.
