Requesting Account balances for web-based Teton Trade Account Data and Order Entry

Hello, I'm using Teton with Stage5/Dorman and placed trades today, but cannot request a log of account balance history at >> Account Control Panel >> Trade Account Data and Order Entry. The "Account Balance" section correctly shows the correct account balance, but the "Account Balance History" section has error "No Account Balances". I should be on Teton, but authorized trading accounts shows service "tt_order_routing.dtc.trading". Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-05-05 22:45:17

Sorry that didn't help Account Control Panel >> "Web Trade Account Data and Order Entry" shows CME direct order routing (is that TT?) I should be on Teton. I was setup on Teton in January and my SC logs show I'm connecting to Teton. Account Control Panel >> "Trade Account Data and Order Entry - Live SC Order Routing" is also available (is that Teton?). Is the Teton Account Balance history section broken at the moment? It was very helpful before but isn't functioning now. I also tried a different browser and clearing browser cookies to fix it. I used the link cited in this thread for the Web Connect Browser display of trades, etc. It is disconnecting every 60seconds. What other settings do I need to check for Teton/Stage5. Thanks

When you get to the Service Selector after entering your password, make sure you are selecting the option named Trade Account Data and Order Entry - Sierra Chart CME Direct Order Routing. If you are doing this and still getting disconnected, then please let us know. Still not functioning. Once I have this: Trade Account Data and Order Entry-Sierra Chart CME Direct Order Routing, the next page that pops up is Server Selector/Sierra Chart CME Direct Order Routing-Advantage-Stage 5. Then Connection Status, I selected Connect and it only stays on for less than 60seconds for Connected (Trading) and Connected(Data). They both go to False time after time. My SC DTC Server. Build=43568 Data: SC Realtime Server. |
