Good afternoon,

Earlier this week I signed up for 6 months of Sierra Chart with the Denali feed. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen family issue, I am not able to re-engage with trading at this time. Is it possible to receive a refund for the 6 months paid given I have been using it less than a week?

We have refunded the full 6 months purchase since you had actually not started using this package yet (you were still using time from your previous package).
