I have a problem opening some chart books this week. For the past four days, I have tried every day, but I can't open them. After logging in to SC, when open the chart book, can see some charts start opening and loading data, then (about a few seconds) the charts and SC suddenly disappears from the screen. Have to login to SC again to open other charts. I use a chart book every time when I log in to SC, in the past two months, there is no problem opening the chartbook. Can you tell me what caused this problem? How can I solve the problem? If I can't retrieve the chart book, any method can I load the charts (in the chart book) separately? |

Generally this is an indication of a stack corruption. We want you to run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode If you still have a problem look at the Windows Task Manager and check the memory use of Sierra Chart while the Chartbook is being opened and see if it is increasing significantly and abnormally high. It could be that there is just some unknown problem and you just have to create a new Chartbook. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
