I have been using the API with IB TWS software for quite some time now, but this problem is fairly recent. The order fills go through with no problem, but there seems to be +10-30 sec. delay in showing up on the Sierra Chart platform, especially if putting through multiple orders within a short time frame. This seems to be happening since my last update. Please advise.

I had the similar problem before and after I switch my TWS latest version back to TWS 981.3f or the latest TWS981.3 version that you can download from IB, the problem disappear. Hope this help.

I just tried to look into all options to change my TWS back to an older version. Unfortunately, it is not available. To Sierra Chart support - can you please look into this problem and provide a proper update? It would be much appreciated. |

The order fills are processed immediately on TWS, but there is a delay in the fill actually showing up on Sierra Chart. How then can you be so sure that this is not an issue on the Sierra Chart side?
